Chief Financial Officer

Jason joined Tyman on 29 April 2019 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer on 9 May 2019. Jason was formerly Interim Group Chief Financial Officer of Nomad Foods Limited, the UK-headquartered, NYSE-listed frozen foods group. Prior to this, he was Group Finance Director for the Iglo Group and has also held senior finance and commercial positions with Mondalez (Kraft), Plum Baby and Cadbury plc, based variously in the UK, Belgium, Poland, Russia and Turkey. Jason’s early career included roles with Diageo plc, Tetley Group and KPMG. Jason is a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.

Bob Burns

President – Tyman North America

Bob Burns was appointed President of North America Division (AmesburyTruth) in June 2019. Prior to this, Bob was President of Ashland (acquired by Tyman in 2018), where he achieved a significant improvement in financial and operational performance. From 2000 to 2012, Bob was Chief Operating Officer for Atrium Windows & Doors, a large US window manufacturer. Earlier in his career, he was VP Operations for Baldwin Hardware, a division of Masco. Bob has a degree in Political Science from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Thunderbird.

Peter Santo

Peter Santo

President – Tyman International

Peter Santo joined Tyman in January 2012 as President of the International Division (SchlegelGiesse). Peter had previously held various commercial and general management roles over a long career with Kingspan plc, most recently as managing director for the European door components business. Peter’s early career was spent in operations management including roles with Pilkington plc and BP Chemicals. Peter has a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Leeds.

Helen Downer

Helen Downer

President - Tyman UK & Ireland

Helen Downer was appointed President of the UK & Ireland Division (ERA) in April 2021, having joined Tyman in May 2019 as the Commercial Director of the UK & Ireland Division. Prior to this, Helen was the UK Managing Director and then Chief Commercial Officer for the Fetim Group. Helen’s earlier career included a transformation role for the Brush Group, and 15 years with the Tarmac Group with roles in the commercial, operations and finance functions. Helen has a BA in Business Management with Economy from the University of Worcester.
