Private placement notes
On 19 November 2014, Tyman plc completed the issuance of two tranches of unsecured private debt placement with US financial institutions totalling US$100 million. The first tranche of $55m was repaid on 19 November 2021.
On 8 April 2022, two additional tranches of unsecured private debt placement were completed.
